How It Works
The Never Lost Compass isn't a magnetic compass — its needle ignores north and instead points to one place on Earth that you choose. Here's exactly how we make that happen, step by step.
Every compass is built around a single set of GPS coordinates. It can be anywhere on Earth — the spot you met, the church where you married, a grandparent's front porch, a favourite trailhead.
Each compass is made to order — never pre-made. Once your coordinate is confirmed, we assemble the housing, calibrate the movement, and program your destination into the device.
From the moment they open it, the needle leans toward your place. Across town or across an ocean, it recalculates as they move, always finding its way back.

The Technology
A built-in GPS receiver knows where the compass is in the world, to within a few metres.
A magnetometer senses heading, so the needle resolves to the real direction of your place.
USB-charged and ready to travel. Top it up, slip it in a pocket, and let it lead the way.
In The Box
Pick a place, add an engraving if you like, and check out securely in a few minutes. We confirm your coordinate by email before we build.
