These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Never Lost Keepsakes website and your purchase of our products. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Made-to-order products

Each compass is custom-made to the GPS coordinate and engraving you provide. Because items are personalised and built to order, please review your details carefully — we confirm your coordinates with you by email before production begins.

Orders & confirmation

Submitting the order form is a request to purchase; your order is accepted once we confirm it by email.
We may decline or cancel an order (for example, if details can't be verified) and will refund any payment taken.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the coordinates, engraving text, and shipping address you provide.

Pricing & payment

Prices are shown on the site and may change. Payment is collected securely at checkout by our payment provider (Stripe). Shipping is calculated at checkout (free standard shipping within the US); after your order we confirm your coordinates by email before production begins.

Production & shipping

Typical production time is 5–10 business days after coordinate confirmation, plus shipping time. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the carrier.

Returns & cancellations

Every compass is personalised and made to order, so custom orders cannot be returned or refunded — except where the item arrives defective or not as described, or where required by law. If anything is wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll repair, replace, or refund it. Because we build to your exact coordinates, please double-check your details — we confirm them with you by email before production begins.

Warranty

We stand behind our craftsmanship with a 2-year warranty: if your compass develops a fault under normal use within two (2) years of delivery, contact us for a free repair or replacement. Not covered: accidental damage, misuse, water exposure beyond rated limits, and normal battery wear. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit unlawful, infringing, or offensive content (including engraving text). We may refuse engraving requests that are unlawful, hateful, or infringe someone's rights.

Intellectual property

All site content, branding, and designs are owned by Never Lost Keepsakes and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the site or products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [your country/state]. Disputes will be handled by the courts of [your jurisdiction].
